1. Information We Collect
We collect only minimal necessary information required to operate your hosting account: account name, email address, salted SHA-256 password hashes, IP addresses for security rate-limiting and audit trails, and active session metadata.
2. Workload Data and Secrets Encryption
Your application source files, database records, and environment variables are strictly isolated within individual Linux container namespaces. Bot tokens and secrets are masked by default. We never sell or monetize your data.
3. Cookies and Local Persistence
BotByte uses only strictly necessary functional cookies: 'bb_session' (an encrypted, HTTP-only authentication session token) and 'bb_locale' (persisting your English or Georgian language preference). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
4. Data Deletion and Account Termination
You maintain full ownership of your data and may request permanent, irreversible deletion of your account, container volumes, and database records at any time via support.
