1. Acceptance of Terms
BotByte (bot-byte.com) provides managed hosting infrastructure for Discord bots, Telegram bots, websites, APIs, and databases. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, and environment variables. You agree to notify BotByte immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Resource Limits
Hosting tiers provide fixed allocations of RAM, vCPU quota, NVMe storage, and database instances as defined in the plan matrix. Prices are billed in US Dollars ($ USD) on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless stated otherwise.
4. Limitation of Liability
BotByte strives for optimal availability on its enterprise Frankfurt compute hardware. However, services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. BotByte is not liable for disruptions caused by upstream third-party APIs (such as Discord or Telegram gateway outages) or bugs in customer application code.
